Rimondi Grand is an exclusive Hotel and Spa resort located close to the stunning historic harbour town of Rethymno in

Crete. Rethymno attracts thousands of visitors each year and provides the perfect  mix of authentic Cretan tradition

alongside modern amenities, entertainment and facilities.

 

Investment Summary

Investors can purchase a discounted share within a hotel suite and benefit from rental income and capital growth on

their share of the property. Mortgage finance is not required as shares are very affordable and can be purchased

outright from as little as £10,000 using personal money or pension funds via a SIPP (Self Invested  Personal Pension).

 

For added security, the whole transaction is handled in the UK (governed and protected by UK law) as the hotel suites

are held in a UK Trust structure.
